Travel Fee Policy:
All driving travel outside of 40 miles from Protection, KS will have a non-negotiable $0.72/mile mileage fee, per the 2026 IRS mileage rate. If overnight travel is required lodging must be provided or a $200/night fee will be applied. Air travel must be covered in full by the client.
